Pricing Tiers

One of my core beliefs is that every family deserves compassionate, evidence-based support throughout pregnancy and birth. At the same time, I believe birth workers deserve sustainable compensation for the time, energy, and availability this work requires.

To help balance these values, I base my sliding scale on the Green Bottle System designed by Alexis J. Cunningfolk. Rather than offering different levels of care based on price, every client receives the same comprehensive support. The sliding scale simply allows families to choose a rate that best reflects their current financial circumstances.

Below, you'll find a series of "I..." statements to help you determine where you fall on the scale. I encourage you to read through them honestly and choose the rate that feels most appropriate for your household.

Thank you for taking the time to thoughtfully consider your choice. Your honesty and care for our community help create a more accessible, supportive birth culture for everyone.

Meghan is an INCREDIBLE doula. She was our rock in the storm during labor and delivery. The coaching, the reassurance and encouragement, the direct support for me and my husband... She was so vital to our experience. I will forever hear her telling me that was another contraction I'd never have to do again and one more closer to our baby. And her calm confidence in me was at some moments the only confidence I had. We leaned hard into her strength and guidance and our journey would have been so much harder without her.

Meghan was a wonderful support for the birth of our daughter. From the beginning, she took time to learn what I wanted and envisioned for my birth. She also made sure to give us resources and teach us coping tools for labor. During the actual labor, she was steadfast in her support of me and my family. She never left my side and helped me cope with labor the entire time by offering hands on help, making sure I was nourished and hydrated, advocating for me and even allowed for my partner to take a nap during our long labor! Afterward, she checked in and made sure to ask the right questions to ensure we were getting the right answers and resources for baby. She will always have a special place in our hearts!

-Alex

Meghan was the best support system I could’ve asked for. She gave us so many resources to help prepare for birth and to help support us postpartum. During the birth she ensured that I was made aware of all my choices and that I was feeling confident with my decisions. Meghan was the best and I will definitely use her again in the future!
